FOUNDER

David is a seasoned real estate broker who saw the impact of the flex space revolution on commercial real estate and developed TROT to help all parties take advantage of the opportunity. Having worked with both landlords and tenants, David knows how challenging it can be to rent space—especially in a down economy. David applied his experience and perspective to create a business model that makes flexible workspace work better for everyone—with less risks for landlords, more options for tenants, and lower costs for everyone.

Ben has spent more than 15 years building software products and has been intimately involved at every level of the software development process. The breadth and depth of Ben’s technical skills combined with deep business understanding make him a distinguished leader for all things digital.

He focuses on helping brands define their business strategy, improve their brand proposition and enhance their marketing, product, operations and customer experience—ultimately creating world-class businesses that people fall in love with.
